My family and friends love to visit Grumpy’s from time to time. They open from 6am -2pm. There is usually a wait if you don’t go early but it’s worth the wait! The food is always amazing no matter what you get! The OJ hits every time. The ppl are nice and helpful without being pushy! Can’t wait for our next visit!

The food was genuinely phenomenal, the portions were much bigger than we had expected. The atmosphere was just all around awesome, it wasn’t loud, nor was it quiet. The whole thing was perfect. We got our food very very Fast and it was Fresh. Our Server “Faith” was an amazing server, made sure to check on us often but not too often, had a Ton of patience for us and didn’t mess up anything we had.

Lives up to their advertising. Was at capacity seating the whole time with people waiting for a table. Seating was sturdy metal frame chairs with wooden seats suitable for most patrons. Aisles a little tight for walkers or wheelchair, but doable. They had seating in waiting area. Despite the rush, staff was friendly and attentive without hovering. Food was hot and portion generous. We ordered takeout in advance for our final road trip stop, and lucky for us we did—this place was packed at lunchtime! Even the parking lot was almost full. Fish & Chips: Perfectly crispy and oh-so-satisfying. Deli Combo Club: A nostalgic masterpiece—this sandwich reminded us what a real deli sandwich is supposed to be, with multiple layers of flavorful meat. Chicken Salad Sandwich: A favorite with the girls—fresh and spot on. Reuben: Absolutely decadent, rich, and bursting with flavor. The sides (mashed potatoes, potato salad, and fries) were the perfect additions to an already incredible meal. Needless to say, there were no leftovers! A quick note for fellow road-trippers: If you’re planning to eat in your car and soak up the sun, watch out for the birds. One particularly friendly feathered visitor decided to join me for lunch—clearly, even the wildlife knows how good the food is here! Grumpy’s is a must-visit for quality food and great vibes. Just order ahead if you’re in a rush—this spot is popular for a reason!

We were visiting Amelia Island for a family wedding in November and found this place online. We arrived at about 10 AM and waited 20 minutes for a table. We waited outside until our table for 4 was ready. We were seated in a booth near the front. Our server was very nice and attentive. All of our food was hot and delicious. The cinnamon roll was amazing! We also had the Western Breakfast Wrap and Grumpy's Country Breakfast with bacon and pancakes (shared between 2 adults). We all had water to drink, because we stopped for coffee on our way from the island. They have their own brand of coffee, and we wish we had waited. We all enjoyed our meals very much!

Excellent service, excellent waitress, excellent food. Everything about Grumpy's is excellent!!!. Very friendly and courteous staff. The restroom (men) is very clean. My breakfast was very delicious! ( country fried steak with gravy, Hash browns with toasted cheddar cheese, two eggs fried, grits with cheddar cheese, light and fluffy melt in your mouth biscuit). Don't forget their excellent coffee!! I will recommend Grumpy's to all my family and friends... Bravo

Absolutely delicious food. Didn’t wait long at all and everything was perfect. There was also a lot of food! You absolutely get what you payed for. And the fresh orange juice was my favorite part.

Loval franchise with tons of character and good breakfast. They pack you in tight, but they offer good food and good portions. Hearty breakfast options, with a variety that should satisfy most tastes. If you come during peak breakfast time, be prepared to wait. Just know it's worth the wait.
